The things you hand us directly: your email address, your dog’s profile, and a shipping address when you order something or join a challenge.

• Step counts and walk totals, used to move your challenge along
• Purchase and subscription records, handled by our payment providers
• Basic device and diagnostic information, so we can fix things when they break

We do not collect, store, or transmit your walking routes. Location is processed on your device while a walk is active, purely to make the distance more accurate, and it is discarded when the walk ends. Only the resulting total reaches our system.

The trail in the app is illustrated artwork representing your progress through a challenge. It does not depict, and is not derived from, the real places you walk.

We do not sell personal information, ever.

With your permission, Feeroo reads daily step and distance totals from your device’s health service. We ask for the minimum a challenge needs, and you can revoke that access at any time in your phone’s settings without losing your progress. Simply add your walks manually to finish the challenge.

Purchases go through our payment processors’ systems. Card details are entered with them directly and are never stored on Feeroo’s servers.

Your address goes to our fulfilment and postal partners for one reason: getting the bandana and the finisher pack to your door.

• Ask for a copy of your data at any time
• Delete your account and everything attached to it
• Turn notifications off entirely without losing challenge progress
• Decline location access, step counting works without it

Feeroo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly target or collect information from them.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
